What happens to my dynamic QR code if I cancel Pro?
Your dynamic QR codes continue to redirect - existing scans still work. However, you can't edit the destination or create new dynamic codes until you resubscribe. Your analytics data is preserved.
How many dynamic QR codes can I create?
The Pro plan includes 100 dynamic QR codes. Each code tracks scans individually with full analytics.
Do dynamic QR codes look different from static ones?
No. Dynamic and static QR codes look identical. The difference is in how they work - dynamic codes use a short redirect URL, so the destination can be changed without altering the printed code.
Can I convert a static QR code to dynamic?
No - static codes have the URL baked into the pattern. You'd need to generate a new dynamic code and reprint. This is why starting with dynamic codes is recommended for anything going to print.
Is there a scan limit?
No. Dynamic QR codes on the Pro plan have unlimited scans and unlimited analytics. There is no per-scan charge.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Dynamic QR codes work with any smartphone camera - no app needed. The redirect is handled by our servers, so there's nothing for the end user to install.
